The Services offered by www.Travelcations.com (hereinafter referred to as "Travelcations") can only be used by Customers who have first read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions unconditionally by clicking on the appropriate box provided for this purpose. Proceeding with the booking process implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Customers are obligated to fulfill the obligations contained within these terms and conditions. The agreement between Customers and Travelcations comes into force as soon as Travelcations provides written confirmation of a booking to Customers by email.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the offering and provision of Services by Travelcations. Travelcations operates the website, www.Travelcations.com, which serves as an interface between the Customer and various Suppliers offering the Services.
Travelcations reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, though such changes will not apply to bookings already accepted by Travelcations on behalf of the Supplier(s) concerned. Therefore, it is essential for the Customer to read, save, and/or print a copy of the General Terms and Conditions at the time of booking to be aware of the applicable provisions.
1.2. Travelcations Tourism & Travel LLCTravelcations Tourism & Travel LLC is a registered travel agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The website assists Customers in finding travel products and making necessary reservations, acting as an interface for transactions with Suppliers. Customers must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to enter into contractual obligations, have the requisite consent or authority to act for or on behalf of any persons included in a booking, and must use the website in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
The Customer is responsible for their activities on the website, both financially and otherwise. The Customer guarantees that the information entered on the website, including information about themselves and any traveling companions, is accurate.
Any fraudulent use of the website or actions conflicting with these General Terms and Conditions may result in the Customer being denied access to the Services offered by Travelcations and its Suppliers or other functionalities of the website.
2.2. Confirming and cancelling orders 2.2.1 ConfirmingConfirmation of a booking, including essential details such as the Service(s) description and price, will be sent to the Customer via email. If the Customer does not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing the booking, they should contact Customer Services at support@Travelcations.com.
It is agreed that data stored in the information systems of Travelcations and/or its Suppliers shall constitute proof of the bookings made by the Customer. Data stored electronically is valid proof and acceptable under the same conditions and with the same evidential value as a physical written document.
2.2.2 Change of bookingIf the Customer wishes to change their trip regarding the date of travel, destination, place of departure, accommodation, or means of transport after making the booking, they should contact Travelcations at least 72 hours before departure/check-in. A fee or fare difference may be imposed by the applicable Supplier in the event of a change to a booking. To make changes, Travelcations may need to cancel the original booking, which may incur compensation and/or charges imposed by the Suppliers, up to the full value of the travel booked. Customers will also be responsible for the cost of a new booking.
2.2.3 Restricted FaresUnless otherwise specified by the Customer, it is assumed that the Customer requires the least expensive Services. Such services may come with limitations and may not be modifiable. In such cases, the Services cannot be provided differently in terms of time, place, or manner than what was initially contracted.
2.2.4 Force MajeureIf an unforeseen force majeure event, which could not have been avoided even with all due care, significantly impedes, endangers, or interferes with the implementation of the trip, either party may terminate the contract. If Travelcations is affected by the force majeure, Travelcations will provide prompt assistance to Customers and take necessary measures to return Customers to the place where their package started. Additional costs of return transport will be covered by Travelcations. If Customers are affected by the force majeure, Travelcations will not be obliged to refund them any sum for services not yet performed. Customers will also be responsible for any additional costs associated with returning to the place where their package began.

2.2.6 Limitation of LiabilityClaims based on the implementation of the trip not being in accordance with the contract should be submitted within 30 days of the contractually-scheduled end of the trip. In such cases, contact support@Travelcations.com or call our service numbers. Claims should be made in writing, in the Customer's own interest. The limitation period begins on the day on which the trip should end, based on the contract.
2.2.8 Cancel and RefundMost of our airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, and vacation packages are non-refundable within 24 hours of the service starting date and time. We can accept refund requests only if the following conditions have been met:
Please do not call Customer Service or write to Customer Service or a Travelcations email address for status updates regarding your refund, unless you have not received a confirmation email from us within 24 hours of making your request. Refund approval and processing times depend on the booking policies of Suppliers and third parties. Please note that the Supplier's refund policy is in accordance with the fare rules or terms and conditions established by the Supplier. Any applicable refund service fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Once you have cancelled your booking, please allow up to 90 days for the refund to be processed.
2.2.9 InvoicingTravelcations is entitled to demand payment for the trip in advance. The amount paid will then be forwarded to the Supplier. When travel documents are delivered to the Customer, Travelcations is obliged to issue an invoice that fulfills legal requirements. If the Customer has a request for an invoice, they must inform Travelcations of this before the trip.
The Services consist of enabling Customers to find travel products and services on the website and make reservations. The website offers information regarding hotels, flights, vacation packages, and other travel-related services.
3.1.2. No Representation or WarrantyTravelcations does not guarantee or represent the following:
Customers may only use the Services for lawful and legitimate purposes. Customers are prohibited from using the Services in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation or that could harm Travelcations or any third party.

3.1.7. FeedbackTravelcations may provide Customers with the opportunity to submit feedback, comments, or suggestions regarding the Services. Customers grant Travelcations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such feedback throughout the world in any media.
The website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, are the property of Travelcations or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Customers may not use, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any part of the website or its content without the prior written consent of Travelcations.

TrademarksTravelcations, the Travelcations logo, and other Travelcations trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Travelcations. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. Customers are granted no right or license to use any trademarks or service marks owned by Travelcations or any third party.
Travelcations may, in its sole discretion and without liability to Customers, terminate or suspend Customers' access to all or part of the Services for any reason, including but not limited to Customers' breach of these General Terms and Conditions. If Travelcations terminates or suspends Customers' access to the Services, Customers will not have the right to obtain a refund for any unused portion of any travel product or service.
5.1.2. Termination by CustomersCustomers may terminate their account with Travelcations at any time by contacting Customer Services. Termination of the account will result in the deactivation or deletion of Customers' account or access to the account. Termination will not entitle Customers to a refund for any unused portion of any travel product or service.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply to these General Terms and Conditions.

Dispute ResolutionAny dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these General Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

6.1.5. SeverabilityIf any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
6.1.6. WaiverThe failure of Travelcations to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these General Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
